Create Broker Product Manually

Quick Guide for Setting up Products and Broker Sites

  1. Broker Sites - Dashboard Database
    1. Create new record in the products table with Broker Name
      1. Use company id, primary domain name, and theme data template domain name form the domains table domain record you want to be the primary
    2. Update domain in the domains table with the product id you just created
    3. Add a new record in the auth assignment table with the domain contact and item name "User Admin"
  2. Update the templates listing village table of that domain name. We want to set the agent id to 0 and the site type to "brokerage"
  3. Update the agent image in Dashboard Setting and CMS to an image for the entire brokerage
    1. Go to https://cms.realsavvy.com/partner/accounts and update the email for the site access
    2. Go to the RealSavvy Admin and CRM databases user tables and update the names, email, and phone
    3. Dashboard change profile photo, email, name, phone
    4. CMS Builder change profile photo, email, name, phone
  4. Make sure that the banner video URL in the templates theme data table is set on the broker site
  5. Run www.site.com/qa to clear any caches
  6. Add all agents using the Create Site button the the Users Section of the Dashboard
  7. Insert into the auth assignment table any users that need "User Admin" to create users and run www.site.com/qa on those users site
  8. Set a new admin email so agent@broker.com to admin@broker.com
  9. Update the CRM and ADMIN database users tables emails based on step 8
