How To Add an IABS Form to Your Website

A completed Texas Real Estate Commission Information About Brokerage Services (IABS) form is required for all Texas real estate agents and brokers to display on their websites. You simply need to add a link to your IABS form in the footer of your website, which will appear on every page and therefore satisfy the legal requirement.

To add an IABS form to your website, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account

2. On the left-hand navigation bar, click on "File Uploader"

3. Upload your file and then copy the link that is generated

4. Click "Back"

5. On the left-hand navigation bar, click on "Website Builder" and click into your site

6. On your list of blocks on the left, scroll down to "Footer" and click into it

7. Scroll down on the left-hand navigation bar to "Footer Links"

8. Click "+Add"

6. Label your new footer link "TREC IABS"

7. In the field under "External url," input the link generated by the File Uploader

8. Toggle the "Open In a New Window" slider to "Yes"

9. Hit the green "Save Page" button at the top right of your screen
